SPR-3903: Fog Seal Performance on Asphalt Mixture Longitudinal Joints

This project will provide a better understanding of fog seals used on the longitudinal joints of asphalt pavement surface mixtures. Specific project deliverables are a quantification of the life of such fog seals, a determination of the proper material to be used and if they must be periodically reapplied, and a better understanding of how these seals affect pavement markings.
