Facilitating Implementation of the Guidelines for Quantifying the Benefits of Content Sensitive Solutions

The objective of this research was to facilitate the American Association for State Highway and Transportation Official's (AASHTO's) implementation of the Guidelines for Quantifying the Benefits of Context Sensitive Solutions developed in National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Project 15-32, by conducting several regional workshops to train state department of transportation (DOT) personnel in the principles of context sensitive solutions (CSS) and the application of the techniques in the guidelines document to real-world projects or programs.
