Automated Data Collection for Origin/Destination Studies of Freight Movement, Phase 2

The objectives of this study are to: (1) Deploy a hardware system for rapid installation in a large number of installation scenarios on highway gantries. (2) Deploy a solar-based system for continuous power. (3) Collecting large sets of Origin/Destination data. (4) Develop a database-based system for Origin/Destination data archival and analysis.
