Examining New Strengthening Alternatives of Bridge Beams to Identify the Most Viable Practice
The objective is to evaluate alternative bridge beam strengthening concepts and compare the outcomes on the basis of practicality and performance. Four identical 16-ft beams have been built to examine the alternative schemes and to avoid experimenting with the more precious large scale girders.
