This project will describe and inventory asset management strategies used for rural freight corridors and the methods used to measure the performance of these corridors in meeting the needs of freight users. The tools developed through this project will enable Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) to assess the economic feasibility and long term viability of inter-modal facilities and to prioritize infrastructure investments.
