Solar Power at the Turkey Lake Service Plaza: A Best Practices Guide for Governmental Agencies Interested in Solar Power Projects
This project aims to capture all information relevant to the project's construction, including the initial feasibility analysis, the iterative design process and the important decisions that feed back into that process, the construction schedule, and its commissioning. This information will be used to produce a "best practices" document that Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and other governmental agencies nationwide can use to learn how to construct similar projects. This document will include information on the process of feasibility analysis, design, and construction to assist personnel in managing similar projects in the future.
