Scaling and Validation of Breakaway Connection for Multi-Post Ground Signs

The objectives of this project are to: develop a series of 'scaled-down' moment-resisting collar breakaway connections and corresponding (compatible) support posts, and demonstrate (and validate) adequate breakaway system performance using a crushable-nose impact block that represents the behavior of a small car during impact.
