SPR-3823: INDOT-JTRP LPA Process Improvement
The intent of INDOT's Local Public Agency (LPA) program is to empower LPA's to take on responsibility for managing their own Federal‐Aid projects, providing them with the necessary resources and the appropriate amount of oversight to ensure that all Federal laws and regulations are met and that the project is successfully executed. This project will review the program's existing training, standards, process, and other practices in order to identify efficiencies and improve overall project delivery.
