Phase II Study on Safety Performance at the Colorado DOT

The Phase I study of safety practices at the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) identified a gap between expected safety practices and the actual implementation of safety policies in the field offices. Phase II will investigate opportunities to improve worker safety by implementating specific project, policy, and organizational actions to enhance CDOT's safety culture.
