Performance Measures using Vehicle Probe Data Phase II
This project will significantly expand the capabilities of the corridor-wide tool to look at how to allow for further performance monitoring. While the existing tool represents a monumental leap forward in analysis capabilities, it most certainly does not meet the needs of all potential users. The following features could be explored and added to the web-tool which would make the Coalition and its member agencies true leaders and innovators in performance monitoring. These new capabilities will be made available to all members who have signed the INRIX Data Use Agreement and will include the storage and processing of all INRIX data provided to the University of Maryland (UMD) via the Coalition Contract with INRIX.
