Highway Systems Performance Measures
This project includes the assembly and long term storage of a time series of travel time data between several defined points of origin and destination using the data produced under the Coalition's vehicle probe project. The work includes statistical data analysis, accounting for such factors as long term trends, seasonal and time-of-day/day-of-week variations, holiday travel, critical link segments, aggregation of data into time intervals, commercial vehicle travel times, and the effects of incidents and work zones/construction areas. The work also includes the preparation of reports suitable for presentation to technical and executive-level audiences.
