SPR-3801: Using Field Electrical Conductivity Measurements for Scheduling Chip Seal Spreading/Sweeping Operation

This project will deliver a handheld field device that can be used to determine when seal coats have sufficiently cured to allow brooming operations, traffic continuation, or both. By use of such a device, traffic could be released onto seal projects at the most opportune time, thus allowing the new seal to cure and perform properly. The seal coat process would be improved with greater reliability of a success.
