Montachusett Regional Transit Authority

This amendment enables the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority (RTA) to continue development of all travel management coordination center (TMCC) as part of the Mobility Services for All Americans (MSAA) initiative, as one of the four TMCC Phased Implementation project sites. The expected results from this phase of the imitative is partial deployment of a TMCC, which includes development of three components of the original TMCC concept of operations identified under Phase I for this site, namely: (1) a web-based trip reservation and booking system, (2) a trip-based portal with the capabilities to pose trip/download trips, and (3) a feasibility study for a centralized billing system.
