Transit Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
The objective of this project is to support the efforts of University of Denver to improve rail transit systems by developing a Transit Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that can be applied to rail transit operations and can improve capital and operating efficiencies. The grantee collected data in the Pacific Northwest, the first region sampled, a research team traveled to New York City (NYC) to collect data on NYC transit workers to document the affects of accidents on operators an thus, the impact on transit operations.
