Cost-Benefit Analysis of CDOT's Fixed Automated Spray Technology (FAST) Systems

The goal of this study is to determine the cost-effectiveness of each of the existing Fixed Automated Spray Technology (FAST) systems on the Colorado Department of Transportation's (CDOT's) bridges. At the same time, the research effort aims to develop a best management and performance practices guidance document for planning, designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining cost-effective FAST systems specifically for CDOT's highway and bridge networks.
