Good Movement Study in IL: Applications to Freight Transportation & Logistics

The study will conduct a survey of firms and businesses that provide shipping services in the region with the goal of understanding their underlying decision making process that can be used to better replicate their behavior in the freight movement and distribution chain. These results can help the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), CMAP, cities, and other agencies to improve freight and passenger movement more efficiency and better maintain State owned transportation infrastructure.
