Development of a Highway Incident Management Operational & Training Guide - Phase 2

Each year, many incident responders are injured or killed on highways while managing traffic incidents. The course developed in this project provided a valuable training guide, encouraging safe practices at incident scenes. The web-base training and computer tools will provide a cost effective way for incident response agencies to train their employee and maintain a skilled workforce.
