Training & Implementing Findings of Queue & Users' Costs in Highway Work Zones - Phase 2

The objectives of this study are: (1) develop a computer program to implement the findings of the Phase 1 study; (2) develop a participant's handbook on how to analyze the queue and user's costs that were developed during the Phase 1 study and (3) conduct three training sessions for Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) staff. The computer program and the participant?s handbook will be used to conduct training sessions so the IDOT engineers will learn the program and be able to provide feedback to improve the final version.
