Improving Human Performance in Aviation
The research objectives are to improve human performance in aviation by directly seeking ways to ensure the best qualified individuals are recruited, selected, hired, trained, promoted, and certified/licensed to work in the National Airspace System, and support a safety culture by identifying the causes of human error, and working with safety experts to reduce or eliminate their re-occurrence.
