Evaluation of a 21st Century AMT Program
The purpose of this research is to implement and evaluate a new Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) associate degree program that not only prepares highly knowledgeable and skilled aviation mechanics but also prepares them for positions in a fast-paced, constantly changing and demanding environment.
