Aiding Aircraft Research Infrastructure of the National Institute for Aviation Research
The purpose of this effort is to provide federal dollars in support of new research and test facilities and equipment. It is through research and the application of new technology in aerodynamics, materials, structures, sensors, and safety that the U.S. will be able to maintain its leading position in aviation in the 21st century.
