SPR-3708: Toward Performance Related Specifications for Concrete Pavements
The current level of construction activity provides INDOT with the opportunity to collect information from concrete paving projects which can be used to generate information that may be used to improve the standards and specifications in the next generation of pavements. INDOT is poised to utilize data from pavement projects to develop new approaches for contracting and specification (PRS and PWL specifications). This information may be used to provide high quality contractors with rewards for providing this quality.
