Glycerin Application Development (Cows)
The objective of this research project is to develop markets for glycerin, a co-product of biodiesel production. Glycerin, once a value-added product, is now a disposal concern for producers and will becoming an increasing challenge as this fuel increases market share. The project will research glycerin's potential application in animal feed. There are also plans to test on swine.
