North/West Passage Phase 3

The results of this work will be used to increase efficiency of trucking in the Northwest corridor by reducing the confusion in regulations and requirement for oversize/overweight trips and by providing a single mechanism for obtaining permits for oversize/overweight loads moving over the corridor.
