Development and Testing of a Low-Profile Barrier

Develop a non-proprietary, aesthetic, low-profile barrier to be used primarily around boulevard medians to shield vehicles from trees. This can also be use in locations where the aesthetics are important. The barrier will be tested as a low-speed test level 2 barrier under National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Report 350. The final report will be submitted under the title "Development and Testing of a Low-Profile Barrier" and report number CA10-0645.
