Version 2 Manual for Caltrans Life Cycle Cost Analysis. UCPRC SPE 4.28

Caltrans' mandate for conducting life cycle cost analysis targets the need to promote the best performance for the available budget. The mandate for life cycle cost analysis was supported by research development of a first version manual that gives Caltrans engineers a tool to analyze and compare alternatives. This new tool needs more data collection so comparison of alternatives accurately represents current pavement performance and costs.
