Upgrade the Video Vehicle Detector Verification System (V2DVS)

The Video Vehicle Detector Verification System (V2DVS) currently captures only the rising edge of the presence pulses output by the vehicle detectors connected to it, which provides data for the system to compare only the count accuracies of the detectors. In order for the system to compare speed and occupancy accuracies output by the detectors, the system's interface hardware needs to be modified to capture the falling edge of the presence pulses. Also, the system software needs to be modified to allow it to compile and compare the additional captured data and present that information to the user through the graphical user interface.
