The Development of Soil Stabilization Technical Advisory Guide will include the following work: (1)Outline for Guidelines. (2) Write Draft Guidelines. (3) Submit Draft Guidelines. (4) Publish Guidelines. Scope does not include: (a) Preparation of training materials. (b) Delivery of training. (c) Inclusion in, or integration with, other Caltrans guidelines. It is recommended that these tasks be considered for a separate project upon successful completion of this project.
