Feasibility Study for Safety Reporting System
This specific task is to conduct a Feasibility Study to identify hurdles and developing recommendations for the establishment and implementation of a Maritime Safety Reporting System. It is envisioned that the Maritime Administration will task the newly formed Transportation Research Board (TRB )Maritime Human Factors Committee and the Marine Board to jointly research the feasibility of establishing such a system.
