Cell-Phone Traffic Flow & O/D Study
Possible demonstration project in Kansas City and Lawrence to evaluate utility of cell phone tracking data for identifying congestion problems and rerouting traffic. This would also be evaluated as a tool to acquire origin/destination data for better transit route planning.
