Ensuring that the environmental commitments are fully implemented during transportation facility construction continues to be a major challenge for transportation agencies. There is often a gap in the transition between the design and construction and environmental commitments are not implemented in construction.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>This task aims to provide a compendium of best practices for incorporating environmental commitments into construction contract documents. </font></p>
