Establishment of a Geotechnical Information Database

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has subsurface investigation test results and Pile Driving Analyzer test results for foundation studies located throughout the state. Currently this information is located on paper, tape, and disks. It needs to be converted to a standard format that can be easily accessed with current technology and easily converted to future storage technology.
