Optimal Acceptance Procedures for Statistical Construction Specifications
This study developed a comprehensive manual, supported by scientific evidence, providing step-by-step procedures and instructions for the development of effective and efficient quality assurance specifications. Two reports were printed: FHWA-RD-02-095, "Optimal Procedures for Quality Assurance Specifications" (www.tfhrc.gov/pavement/pccp/pubs/02095/) and FHWA-HRT-04-046, "Evaluation of Procedures for Quality Assurance Specifications" (www.tfhrc.gov/pavement/pccp/pubs/04046).
