This study will develop a guide for establishing condition assessment systems. This study should be coordinated with related work being done by AASHTO's Asset Management Task Force and the Subcommittee of Bridges and Structures. An advisory panel is being formed in coordination with the involved AASHTO subcommittees and task forces.
