These transit agencies are interested in increasing efficiency, ridership, and quality of service. </span></strong><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; LETTER-SPACING: -0.1pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">Little is known about how rail, bus, and paratransit providers have integrated these services in a variety of operating environments. Further, the integration of ADA-required and general public services is not well documented.</span></strong></p>
