Integrated Steel Bridge Abutment System Using Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil (GRS) Technology
This project will research and develop a steel bridge superstructure type that can be integrated into GRS abutments to make a joint free bridge. A concept structure will be built in Ohio to evaluate performance of the system.
