Real-Time Pedestrian Detection System
The objective of this research project is to develop a real-time vision system that detects moving or stationary pedestrians on sidewalks and along roadways and would be able to warn drivers of pending crashes. This project is part of the FHWA Exploratory Advanced Research (EAR) Program.
