Report to Congress on Pavement Marking Demonstration Project--Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users Section 1907
This research project will evaluate the durability and cost effectiveness of alternative pavement marking materials, the impact of wider edge lines on driver performance/safety, and the environmental impact of alternative pavement marking materials. Submit the report to the U.S. Congress by June 2009; and conduct additional field data collection and analysis through 2010.
