Mobility and Reliability Performance Measurement

The primary objective of this research project is to enable the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to implement a near-term mobility and reliability monitoring system that takes full advantage of new knowledge and methodological enhancements coming out of the broad program of research currently underway in this area. The project will also provide frameworks and recommendations for ongoing maintenance, extension, and enhancement of North Carolina's transportation performance monitoring program.
