Updating the Kentucky Contract Time Determination System

The Kentucky Contract Time Determination System (KY-CTDS) is a planning tool used for determination of contract time allotted for contractors to complete highway construction projects in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The proposed research will investigate the use of the KY-CTDS by the Cabinet and identify deficiencies in the current system. The team will investigate and recommend potential updates to the original system.
