Because there is a great variety of practices being used toady, there are often concerns with speed, safety, quality, delays, and claims related to the erection of steel bridges. This synthesis will examine will examine and discuss practices for steel erection of I- and box-girder bridges, particularly curved, skewed, and stages structures.
