Develop a Crash Identification and Mitigation Guide for Rural, Two-Lane State and Local Highways

The two-phase objective is (1) to determine if Kansas actually has a problem with crash identification on rural roads, and (2) to collect and synthesize the recent material on reducing crashes on two lane, rural roads. The final report will give the counties tools to identify high-risk road segments and techniques to address these segments and reduce crash risk.
