Automated Pavement Condition Data: Analysis, Feasibility and Data Integration
The scope of work addresses an operational test of new equipment installed by Mandli Communications, Inc (specifically a scanning laser and a downward pavement image camera) on the Iowa DOT video log van for the purpose of collecting automated pavement condition information. This proposal addresses the analysis of data resulting from the operational test to determine the feasibility of using the new technology.
