Research for AASHTO Standing Committee on Highways. Task 190. Develop Strategy for the Testing and Evaluation of Durable Striping Materials for High Traffic Areas and Mountain Passes
This study will develop a strategy for evaluating and testing materials that provide the best visibility for pavement markings under extreme conditions and provide guidelines on cost, materials selection criteria, specifications, construction and maintenance practices, and performance measures. Work is progressing on schedule; completion is expected by the end of December 2005.
