This study determined key issues, developed action plans, and planned, arranged, and facilitated a Safety Leadership Forum. The Safety Forum is scheduled for May 8, 2005 at the American Association of State Highway Officials (AASHTO) Spring meeting. The final report summarizing the forum has been submitted to AASHTO.
