A workshop, organized in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), was held in June 2005 to develop a business plan for advancing the implementation of operations activities and programs within state departments' of transportation (DOT's) through establishment of peer-to-peer exchange activities. The contractor is preparing the business plan.
