The objective of this project is to develop information on issues related to the importance of transportation for particular sectors of the U. S. economy, by conducting conferences and studies on specific issues identified by the Special Committee on Intermodal Transportation and Economic Expansion of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. This information will inform government and business leaders and policy makers.
