Research Program Design---Administration of Highway and Transportation Agencies. State DOT Leadership Forum--2006
The objective of this project is to conduct the third in a series of State DOT CEO Leadership Forums. The Forum will be structured around 3 to 5 theme areas. For each theme area, case studies/syntheses will be conducted of approximately 5 states representing good to great practice. The results of these syntheses will be the basis for Forum discussions to refine the guidance provided by the best practices. Gaps and research needs for improving practice will be identified for future action.
