Second Phase of Louisville Bridges and Project Set-up

The general purpose of the program is to secure data and to develop facts and information which will define the governing principles and will advance the knowledge of transportation and transportation engineering for practical application is using, in the most effective and economical manner, the public monies now available for providing a comprehensive transportation system for the people of Kentucky. This project is specific to the second phase of pre-bridge design for two bridges near Louisville (East End, Downtown) to obtain public input into the finer details of bridge design such as pier shape, handrail, lighting design, and colors.
