Development of Pipe Coating, Paving, and Lining Specifications

The objectives of this study are to: (1) conduct a performance review of existing pipe installations in conjunction with KySPR-07-341 Pipe Performance in Kentucky, to evaluate the condition of existing pipe lining and coatings; (2) test water runoff to determine areas where protection may be required; (3) review the available literature to determine the current state of practice for pipe coatings and linings; and to (4) develop appropriate recommendations for inclusion in Kentucky's current drainage manual.
